Paul the trainer was really good, he was patient with all of us and realy engaging he was.

Good day very helpful with my learning.

Maureen was an excellent facilitator. She was very friendly and helpful. Maureen also made the learning we did today fun. Excel now seems very exciting and i will take away a lot of information with me.

Find it really good however would be good as a part 2 to go over what we have learnt.

Ran out of food :(

Generally happy with the course. Felt it could have been better tailored to our specific needs, especially since we booked it as a team.

The food ran out really quickly, we were the last cohort to go to lunch and there was no real food left. People were offered Pret vouchers which was good, but it would have been nicer to have eaten together. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Leanne has been an amazing facilitator. I have learnt so much and grown in confidence in my job role. In terms of the organisation/ structure of the course, I understand that we were the pilot group and take that into consideration. A few things that could be improved: - keep tests outside of classroom session times as what we learn is so important - set tasks and deadlines every month rather than at the end

Some of the group activities went on a bit too long. You got the gist of it and then some people lost concentration.
