I thought the whole day was really well structured. Before I arrived I was a little worried that I might not know enough about Excel for the course - but the pace and patience of Ed made learning really easy. I now feel much more confident - thank you!

I really enjoyed the course - we covered a lot, and it kept me engaged the whole way through. I already knew some of the content, and there were some questions that I still have unanswered (perhaps just because there are some strange specific glitches in Word!) but overall I feel much more confident in using Word and understanding how it works, and learnt lots of tips and shortcuts.
