Excellent day learning. Venue is perfect. Greeted nicely when I turned up. Everything explained ie Fire drill, toilets, classrooms Instructor was great. Nicely paced, and didn't leave anyone behind. Really enjoyed the day. Thank You

A difficult subject matter [for many - particularly myself] that was well taught. The trainer was really patient, and was on hand to help, but I found the pace a little too fast at times, and that the next part of the course content was moved onto before I was ready. However, overall I felt that the course was really well taught, and it was made clear how I could apply the learning at work.

One small point great selection of drinks but no decaf coffee!!

I just felt that we had to fit some much in it could have been longer.

Would have been nice to have some healthier snacks (fruit instead of sweets/cakes/sugar)

Excellent training, straightforward, no time wasting and lots of useful exercises.
