A refreshing experience from other external training courses that i have attended before. Great to have breaks on every hour in order to process what was learnt and discussed from last session and refresh.

I wanted to understand more of advance function i.e Slicer and advance pivot function but this course touched based it slightly on it. it would be useful to have Excel Slicer and Advance Pivot function available to NHS organisation as it would be great for staff skills.

There were moments where it could have had more participation rather than the trainer speaking (particularly when covering the conflict styles). Also fairly basic if you're already fairly good at managing conflict, which most union staff are. Didn't really feel any better prepared on a practical basis

I think this course gives a good understanding of what conflict is, but it really does not address the “how” to deal with conflict.
