Had a great exspirence at happy people. The course was very insightful and the facilitator (Nicky) was amazing, really made the content come to life.

Excellent training as always. Lovely venue and people. Nice to have lunch provided so I shouldn't complain, I though it was quite bland a d the biscuits could be nicer.

Really enjoyed the day,the course was set a the right level and pace,made better by only having two on the course.

Course would be very useful to someone who wasn't particularly familiar with Microsoft applications or computer work in general. To myself I found everything fairly straightforward and easy to pick up, however it is still useful to have a course facilitator to ask questions to.

I felt the course was, possibly a little bit basic for my needs.

We didn't really use the handbook but I will take it away and refer to it at work

The facilitator was quick to grasp the level and the dynamics of the room which meant the whole two days was delivered at the right level. It was an incredibly practical session which was really useful. I've been on other presentation skills training courses before and this far surpassed anything else I've had.

Generally great, well paced, informative, and to the point. Dez was brilliant.

Dez was an awesome facilitator and really brought some much energy into the room to make everyone feel included. The session was extremely interactive and practical which is what all training sessions should be like. Food and staff also great.

Really friendly and helpful - clearly a great teacher because although there was a lot of information, it was presented in a way that was easily digestible - even on a Monday morning! Thank you
