Hard to fit a full topic into two hours so although this was well managed by Jo a little extra time would have helped.

The session was really good. Insightful and thought provoking. I came away with a fresh appetite for actively using coaching within my role,

I can in to the training with an open mind - not really knowing what to expect. Very happy with the subjects covered. Possibly too many subjects - maybe a few less and more depth.

Having the portfolio workshop after completing an assignment was good so that we had the context and experience of completing an assignment beforehand. This session however had tips and on assignment writing, structure and referencing of KSB's that would have been helpful prior to the deadline for the second assignment which happened to be on the same day.
