A wonderful course and a great teacher!

Really great course! I've learnt a lot.

This was a level 2 course not Level 1 as stated on this form

Sal is a great trainer - knowledgeable and patient We have had similar excel training in the work place which was no where as good as this course, thank you! Being able to take away the extensive training files gives me confidence that I can refresh my memory when back at work

Having unofficially been a trainer on similar course and communications lecturer I was familiar with some of stock material which would benefit from being tailored further to Parliament

A big feature of this course for me is the way Dez integrates role-play as a learning tool. This helps to reinforce the content and underlines the power of the skills taught.

I think that it moved to slowly but I understand how difficult it is to cater to various levels so I still rate this highly :)

I feel much more confident in writing reports now.

Paul took time to ensure that we were all comfortable to move on.
