Trainer was excellent. Course content was specific enough to be applicable in real terms. It was beneficial doing the course with colleagues, but with people and projects that were new. It made it easier to apply the 'rules' and training techniques as we were thinking within a sector, but the application was broad within that, allowing us to use it as suited us.
Really good session, really interesting and delivered very well. Good way to be introduced to new techniques and idea and share practices.
