I came to this course really open minded not really understanding what I was going to learn. I am somebody who HATES difficult conversations and would rather just let it go. Having attended today’s course, I have so much more understanding of how to address them. Paul has been fantastic and the course wouldn’t have been what is was without him!

Really useful and interesting

Good Course! I have took some helpful notes away and the book has some helpful points and advice.

Relevant and useful role plays that helped to show the reality of dealing with workplace conversations. Paul asked for and listened to everyone's opinions/experiences, making sure all felt their voices were heard and their concerns weren't uncommon.

I loved this course even more the second time, as I said i think it could be really useful to build a supporting coaching/success group to follow on from the class. Actually taking it twice meant i was more successful at implementing the ideas.

No email received rom the admin team with confirmation of arrival time, venue, food etc.

Lovely teacher. Very interested and engaging. Perhaps make it clear that the course starts at 10 for those travelling from far and wide. Lunch could have been more imaginative.

Generally useful course. Learnt new functions and excel techniques that I hope to apply in my work. Course pace slower that I would preferred but that was due to other students who needed to catch up, so course pace was determined by slowest user. Training material is good as it allows us to refer back to it. Also we didnt get through all the material I would have liked.

I have used Visio before (self taught) but the lesson was very valuable as I learnt many shortcuts and easier ways of working with Viso. The instructor was engaging and methodical
