So nice to be back training with Nicky again. Although I have done this course before as part of a bigger piece of training, I found it a really useful refresher.
I found it really helpful and helped me think about having these important conversations in ways I hadn't considered before.
Lovely friendly facilitator with good mix of practical advice, interactions and anecdotes. Good handout/slides, thought the content was really useful and good venue - tasty lunch (good vegan option) and loved the ice cream break!
Great facilitation keeping everyone involved and engaged
great training would come back or recommend
I find Teams rather complex and unintuitive. Therefore, bite sized sessions such as the one today are helping me find my way with Teams. The session provided useful information without being overwhelming. The tutor was very patient and her friendly, relaxed approach meant this was a really enjoyable session.
