Great to be in a managers course with people from different sectors. Looking forward to next days course

Some really great points that will help my leadership practice and support my team to be the best and happiest they can be, using all their talents.

I really enjoyed this facilitator and training. I had issues with interviews and talking to clients confidently but am now putting what I learnt into practice with my clients and strangers I come into contact with. Observing their responses and learning from them.

I really enjoyed the course and I thought the trainer (I can't remember his name - sorry!) was great! One of the stories he told did make me cry but I won't hold that against him! I think one thing I will take from the course is to try and not over react to situations and to pause before responding - this is more for my home life than work I think.

I enjoyed the course and feel I gained from participating. I felt listened to, explored some current and past management scenarios and have a great bank of resources to help me going forward. You also can’t beat a 3pm icecream!

This is a great course and will apply in a day to day life. It is more than work
