It was well structured and helpful - material wasn't always the most interesting but that wasn't the instructor's fault!
Natalie was excellent, explained everything very well. It was a very beneficial day
well pitched session, directed towards specific requirements of us as a team. went at our pace and diverted, where needed.
Lots to think about and take away. Would recommend the training to other managers.
