Overall a really good intro into facilitation techniques. Maybe the challenge is that it is with such a huge variety of different backgrounds/experience levels that is is sometimes a tiny bit vague in terms of strategies. But really good discussions and engagements across different types and styles of facilitation

this was my first virtual training session online and I was surprised how interactive it was. Great facilitation with break out rooms and Slido and Jamboard.

Thought it was a really good session for someone who is literally brand new to formulas etc, and I actually managed to learn and apply new formulas which was good.
