Really useful, ton of practical tips and tactics that I will use

The session was really good. Insightful and thought provoking. I came away with a fresh appetite for actively using coaching within my role,

I can in to the training with an open mind - not really knowing what to expect. Very happy with the subjects covered. Possibly too many subjects - maybe a few less and more depth.

Hard to fit a full topic into two hours so although this was well managed by Jo a little extra time would have helped.

Enjoyed the course and learnt of varied options available on Excel
