I have absolutely loved today at Happy. I've always felt intimidated by Excel and wish I'd taken this course years ago. The facilitator, Kate, was friendly and helpful, making each aspect of the training have relevance to our individual workplaces. I never thought I'd be excited about using Excel! (and I wish I worked at Happy) :-)

great course lovely trainer disjointed order

I wonder should the course start earlier as there is a lot to get through

The course was excellent, there is so much I didn't realize I could do so much to create excellent training - I wish I'd attended this course in my Training Manager capacity at Hackney Council. This is an excellent course for anyone in the Learning and Development field. It would certainly offer the ability to create cost effective learning. I would however have preferred to cover the training at a slower pace with more exercises over 3 days. There was so much information to cover for a course which does not require any previous knowledge. I was with one other person who was both extremely IT literate and aware of software capabilities, this challenged me further to keep with the pace. Fortunately, she helped me and our excellent trainer Ebe used her experience to ensure we both worked at a pace which was comfortable for us both.
