Great structuring of a zoom workshop, fully utilising zoom's functionalities, allowing for screen breaks every hour. Very engaging and interactive.

Relaxed and informal approach worked really well . Project Management can be perceived as stuffy and boring with endless gant chants, the tutor took it back to its basic level "its not rocket science ".

Even though I have been a manager for years I still enjoyed the course and felt that I had learned something -again! Loved use of the White board to make my contributions alongside those of other participants. Loved the topics for the breakout sessions and the opportunity to practice active listening and coaching.

All good Engaging training and helpful with specific issues

I thought the course was really educational and I definitely learnt a lot. Although a lot of the methodology will only properly sink in by practicing, I feel I am now in a good position to go away and see what I can do with the knowledge (and notes!) I've gained. Thanks Darren and Happy!

Very great training. Opened my eyes to several things that I can work on. Nicky is an extremely skilled facilitator. The four stars weren't based around the facilitator or the material. it was based on the comments below. otherwise it would have been 5 stars all round. HR at IIED could do well to have a tailored module for all staff, specifically on line management, one-to-ones, career development conversations. I understand 3 full days of Happy consultants would be too expensive for all staff. but tailored on those topics could be built in house. This could be part of the support given for reportees/managers on PDR as well as part of inductions for new staff.
