The overall delivery and solidification of the learning was superb from experiential learning to ingraining through discussion, best way of learning. I loved it. I would have loved to have more protein with my meal - meat - which cottage pie was not quite protein as expected.

It was very nice and friendly session with lots of practical knowledge.

Great course, great pace, achieved what I had hoped to achieve in the day. Now time to use my new skills and see if i'm ready for stage 4 in the coming months.

Today was very useful. The Venue was accommodating and welcoming. Very comfortable learning environment with great available food and drink and nice touches. The instructor was so helpful, his pace was great for explaining without being patronising. I felt supported and that the whole class could continue at a good pace without anyone being made to wait or hurry. Really great teaching
