break out sessions good as we was able to help each other

Today's session went really well. The safe space Marilyn and DJ provided allowed me to share some personal experiences in one of the feedback segments from the activity sessions. It was therapeutic! Thank you to them both and to the group.

The training was very useful and interesting as it showed me different ways of putting into prospective some of the things that I needed.

Since embarking on the Emerging Frontline Clinical and Care Leaders programme, my leadership and management style has evolved significantly, aligning more closely with contemporary approaches to healthcare leadership. The programme has deepened my understanding of my leadership identity, strengths, and areas for growth. I now approach challenges with flexibility and resilience, applying adaptive leadership principles to guide my team through transitions while maintaining high standards of care and education.

Brilliant, thanks Paul. You are now somewhat of a legend in our eyes.

This has been a great course that has been fully inclusive to all. The facilitator has been excellent at ensuring attention and listening to each individual person. The course itself has given me great insight into my own leadership and provided me with some excellent tools that I can use practically in the workplace.
