I am very happy with my overall experience at Happy from the booking process to the training course. The admin team was extremely helpful (Maureen) in helping me identify the appropriate course for my ability- and she was very prompt in ending information and of course incredibly friendly. The gentlemen at reception was also very accommodating and made me feel welcome at Happy. The trainer Sal was fantastic, she explained everything in depth, gave us space to practise and supported delegates' who were struggling with exercises. She gave me a coherent explanation for any queries I had about Excel. The food was lovely- the chicken rice and cauliflower cheese was delicious.

The trainer was really friendly and knew her stuff; always making sure that all our questions were answered before moving onto the next stage. The venue was also really lovely with lots of tea and biscuits!
