This is the third course I have taken with happy and I have enjoyed each course, I have actively been using the skills I have learnt everyday in my new role at work.

Excellent and informative course

This was a n excellent course and I came with a lot of anxiety as I don't use Excel that often and my training was so long ago. The instructor was patient and clear. It was really easy to follow even though there was a lot of information.

Excellent facilitator! Talked about topics that were really relevant to delegates daily use of Outlook and made sense to individual's workloads. More time for exercises would have been great, but the pace was excellent and Sal managed to cover so much but not rush at all. Facilitator was very aware of delegates needs and kept up with the needs in the room effortlessly

Ebe was instructive, informative and able to make the content interesting. She involved the whole group and made each area relevant. She was very knowledgeable and engaging.

The course was great and I feel a lot more confident about Excel. I learnt lots of things that I didn't know before that will be really useful. I would have loved a fizzy pick me up drink in the afternoon instead of an ice cream as I was flagging at about 3pm. Otherwise it was all perfect.
