I liked the suggestions of different ways to ensure engagement from all individuals attending the meetings. I liked the idea of co chairs and activities to encourage discussions.

Some very good ideas to encourage collaboration - some IT tools we are not able to use because of security restrictions but i will try and seek alternatives.

I found the course very good and useful - my only constructive comment is that 2.5 hours sessions have been a bit difficult to accommodate, leading to some staff having to miss half of the sessions.
