Overall it was a very enjoyable and productive experience. The environment was super conducive to allowing for concentration and Pat was very supportive.

It's really great that lunch is provided, and lots of salads was nice, but the veggie option was pretty sad: when meat eaters are having lasagne and you get broccoli and cauliflower, which the meat eaters also have because it looks like a side, that's a shame! Other than that, the day was great.

Really enjoyed the course. Learned a lot more than I expected. Pleased the way our group was split up so that those of us with less experience went at our own pace.

The venue is very bright with positive messaging everywhere. The atmosphere was very strange at first but I got used to it quickly. It was very uplifting and it's more about the civil service being very different and more negative in general why I felt daunted by the experience initially. I found it overall a very enjoyable experience which I would recommend again. Thank you!

The course was very engaging and will be very useful. Rudy was great and a patient teacher. Happy also seems a great company and I will be going back to my workplace with suggestions of how to create a welcoming working environment.
