I thought that considering we had a small group, Rachel kept everyone engaged and enthused whilst still delivering on some theory (which was kept light and fun!) We all came away with practical actions we could put in place right away

Really enjoyed the course - I wasn't too sure what to expect but I actually ended up learning a lot. I thought Rachael was brill and I loved how she ensured that she covered all our individual wants, and also adapted the content accordingly - especially the day 2 agenda. There were aspects of the course that I felt focused more on facilitation as though you was a trainer rather than facilitating meetings that we would usually be hosting. I'm not sure if it was asked during the organisation, but it could be good to understand what sort of sessions the attendees usually run prior.

I found the course very useful. I am a One Drive user but there were functions that I was not aware of to make things easier for me.

Good training course, appropriate content, and comfortable facilities. Lunch a little small though :-)

Great accessible training with good interaction and time for Qs. Takes quite a large portion of day, but worth it!
