This was my first introduction to the Happy experience, and the course had a vibrant, energetic atmosphere. It was insightful to hear how different speakers have integrated elements of Happy into their organisations, sharing both the benefits and challenges they encountered, as well as how their teams responded.

A really valuable session that has given me food for thought around allowing others to be decision makers and knowing that I can't solve everything myself and allowing others to think for themselves via my actions. Course content was great, very practical and useful examples

Serena has been great with going through the steps , very thorough and patient. The 2 day training was helpful in terms of learning more about the program's function and features which I will put in practice in order to generate a professional report for our end users.

A very engaging and fun course. Lots of opportunities to mix and speak with other people on the course. We had to go at quite a pace due to only having 3 hours. However, we took regular breaks.

Loved this course! Super engaging trainer and taken away loads of tips!
