Really great day, that helped us to better understand each other, and where we are at on our journey. The work on Phy Safety really helped to surfice where key challenges lie and how best we can move the Trust agenda forward.
Really interesting refresher and learned a few new tricks. The course was easy going and Gill was friendly and likeable.
I came to terms with the fact that we’re all unique individuals. We should be able to act authentically and connect with who we are and what we value, instead of always doing what others want.
Just the right amount of interacting with each other. The tasks mixed between being independent and working with others was balanced. I liked how we weren't put on the spot and as a result of this, I think it made more people comfortable to just speak up.
It was a really well led course and has given me plenty to think about in how we use SharePoint libraries.

This training course was excellent. i don't think i needed to do advanced excel in order to do the course. I hadn't covered power query in the excel course, that would have been helpful.
