I thought Kevin was an excellent instructor. He was friendly, accessible and explained things clearly. If I had a gripe it was that we had quite a large amount of info to cover in the afternoon which left me feeling a bit saturated towards the end

A very productive and enjoyable day at Happy. I learnt lots of new tools and features. Kevin was a great facilitator - very friendly and a great communicator.

Learned so much more than I anticipated, and have a lot more confidence with mail merges and using the tools Word has. Ebe was really encouraged us to figure things out for ourselves which made me more confident using Word.

The Course was informative and helpful in explaining why things are done however i felt i know a lot of the course content already so it only furthered my understanding.

I was extremely happy with the level of the course. I have learnt a great deal and will definitely be able to apply this to my role.

I had an amazing experience, the staff were all incredibly friendly (even waiting for me to lead me to the relevant classroom despite my being late!) I loved that there were free snacks and the attention paid to details (e.g. free ladies toiletries in the bathroom) that really made this such a warm and welcoming experience. Thank you all so much! P.s. The facilities are also vibrant and stimulating, I was sad to leave!
