Extremely entertaining, engaging, she has a real knack of making sure everyone gets an input, is a fantastic listener and made everyone feel comfortable, listened to and encouraged them to be more mindful of themselves and others in a positive way. COURSE WAS GREAT, TRAINER VERY FRIENDLY. VERY GOOD STRUCTURE TO THE COURSE TOO ALONG WITH CONSOLIDATION. LUNCH WAS NOT NICE.

amazing sessions has made me not be scared of power point as I use to be. Has given me much more insite into powerpoint and changed me from using it in my old ways.
