Excellent course and facilitator

Dez was wonderful. Knew his stuff, kept us engaged and interested for the entire 2 days and I think we all left feeling like we'd learnt a lot about how we can improve our presentations, and enjoy them more.

Very happy with the course. Daphne made sure we all had a good grasp of each area before moving onto the next and went at the perfect pace.

Well constructed and delivered course - interesting and fun regarding participation and learning.

The only reason I have put a 4 for structure and pace was that the morning session was quite full and I would have liked to have explored a few more things in greater depth but I realise we did need the time and space in the afternoon. Maybe the course just needed to start half an hour earlier and end half an hour later. (I also recognise two of us had to leave slightly early due to medical appointments.

Had a great exspirence at happy people. The course was very insightful and the facilitator (Nicky) was amazing, really made the content come to life.
