My first training event in 8 years, loved the website, information about the courses, welcome on arrival, additional resources for women in the bathroom, humour and laughter throughout the while day and staff going the extra mile to provide me with paracetamol for my headache...not to forget the amazing dark chocolate and raspberry🍦 THANK YOU! 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

A really great course with an excellent instructor.I was made to feel welcome the minute I walked in. I really appreciated the vegan food and snacks. The layout of the place showed an amazing attention to detail. Loved the train booths. This place values customers.

Not only one of the best courses I have been too for a while and exceeded my expectations but all of the admin staff were so helpful and friendly in helping to arrange it. I will definitely recommend Happy to others and using more within my own team.

Rudy was great at adapting to the needs of the individuals in the room - he made the time to answer specific niggles and changed some of the content planned to the course based on our experience. Haven't looked at the manual much, but it doesn't look very engaging...maybe a bit more of a splash of colour might help!?
