Very interesting session, I really enjoy the psychology element of this module.

The training was a useful reminder of the excel tools. Christine was helpful and patient, taking the time to ensure everybody had successfully managed the task. In hindsight, I should have booked the intermediate training course. The pace was a little slow for me, but that's only because I had practiced most of what the training covered. Next time, I would definitely come in for a face to face session, as I feel this is more suitable given the content.

Nice presentation and involvement.

I had a lot of prior knowledge around resilience practices, as I used to facilitate resilience workshops! However, structure of the course was good - well paced, practical ideas and interactive. Would have been good to see a stronger relationship to the "digital world">
