I enjoyed the session as it is very informative. I can see that I will have to practice a lot outside of the sessions as if you don't use excel you can quickly forget. I am happy that the spreadsheets that we were working on today will be sent for us to practice on. I usually use excel just to capture student data and this new insight will enable me to create more informative and live data.

It was a good session and although it's hard to cover much content in an hour, I got a good insight into what a longer training session might be like. A bit of advice for the facilitator - if you are going to pick on people to contribute without warning, it's best to say this right at the start of the session with the caveat that it's ok if you would prefer not to share anything when asked. I'm happy to be asked to share my thoughts, but others might not be.

Excellent course. I would really recommend it to colleagues. I thought the content was excellent and I liked how so much of what was covered was so practical. I sometimes felt things could be moved a little quicker by inviting feedback from fewer people but over all the pace was good.

Very good course and have helped me identifying my leadership qualities. I have learnt various strategies to help with developing positive relationships, identifying the right talent and improving teams cohision to help meeting the objectives.

It took me some time to navigate through the prework but that was my techno know how. I could have done with better instructions there. The course has made me reflect on my practice, choices and ways to approach challenges. Reminding me not to let my chimp take over

Good course, but could have been more bespoke to my role

It was good to know the features specific to my role. More indepth session is needed for some other parts of my role as a Compliance Officer in Asset Management

Very very useful and helpful session - some great tactics to take forward. I loved the golden nuggets of insight like statistics, quotes and references from other sources.
