I thoroughly enjoyed the training and found it useful. The trainer was very helpful and engaging and the pace of the course was just right. I have learnt a lot of helpful hints that will increase my efficiency at work and I look forward to putting these new skills into practice.

Not enough course booklets, so i didn't get one

It was a very well paced and engaging course. Lunch was well catered and facilities were great.

I had a wonderful time here in the course. Jo was really friendly and nice caring, and she made sure we were all included and comfortable.
