It was an excellent course. All members of staff were welcoming, supportive and helpful. I learned a great deal and would highly recommend this course.

The tutor was really lovely and explained things very clearly. I like the structure of the course in stating our objectives at the beginning so that the tutor was able to tailor the course to us. Really good that she asked us to apply it to our own work scenarios to as this made it easier to understand course content. Great course :)

Rudy was great at adapting to the needs of the individuals in the room - he made the time to answer specific niggles and changed some of the content planned to the course based on our experience. Haven't looked at the manual much, but it doesn't look very engaging...maybe a bit more of a splash of colour might help!?

Ben is great at what he does. I'd love to get more examples of inspirational leaders and managers in the world in real life experiences.

Excellent course and excellent facilitator. Can't recommend it enough. Best training course I've ever been on.

Great pace, lots of breaks and loved the energy of the room. Inventive exercises which made the room feel like a playground. Really excellent on access needs and felt valued and looked after in the space as well as given choices rather than absolute solutions around my hearing.
