I found today's sessions very helpful and informative, the session has given me quite a lot to think about and there are definitely some things I can change and improve.

A very useful and informative training session - Ebe was a great and helpful facilitator. She gave us space and time to do the exercises, involved us frequently and answered all our questions. I have learned so much on this course today - so many things I wasn't aware of!
