About the Course I found the course, structure and delivery excellent, however, as discussed with trainer, I feel support offered by way of coaching once the learning has been embedded would be very helpful. As a non-technical person, this would be really useful.

Tutor was very helpful and friendly. If a mistake was made, she assisted you through it and didn't make you feel silly. Course was useful and I hope to utilise what I learnt.
