Great time

I would rate Happy the best training facility I have attended and the facilitator, course content, relevancy and handouts were fantastic. I have already recommended both Happy generally and the specific course I attended to another manager in my team.

the course has been so challenging not just to me as a manager but also personally and has helped not only at work but in other areas of my life. I like the way the first three have been spread to give time to absorb and apply what we have been challenged on. I also like the way that the final session is almost 3 months away to give that extra time for a final push to apply learning but also in some cases hopefully report on some positive results.

Very informative session. Small group (only 3 people) so good ratio of teacher to student.
