Daphne was great and made the session very enjoyable. Please can you consider giving Daphne a pay rise as she explained all functions in which ensured all of us had a good understanding of the excel functions. The food could do with improvement (e.g. additional flavour in the food).

Microsoft Project is not intuitive to use; the trainer gave us an excellent grounding in the basics, and how to set up a project; and highlighted pitfalls to avoid. The start of the session was a bit slow to start, but felt very happy with the pace once we started working with the software.

I would definitely recommend this trainer as she took my feedback and delivered an amazing training today. The pace was on point and I was able to grasp the content and skill effectively. Thanks to Sarena.
