A very engaging course, keeping what could have been quite a dry subject interesting.
The Facilitator has a wealth of knowledge and enjoys questions. She is also on hand to ask if you struggle to understand things.
The trainer (Gill) was a star - so enthusiastic, engaging, and encouraging. She kept the course matter interesting and at a steady pace.
