Liked the fast pace approach, quite a lot to squeeze in but so valuable

a good course with very good ideas especially around email management.

Enjoyable and helpful course - many great suggestions and ideas to take away and implement. Also very positive to spend time with colleagues in a non-work environment so-to-speak.

Good interactive class and covered what was requested

I thought the course was brilliant. Admittedly, I didn't expect to learn too much going into this, however I honestly feel as though I've come out with a lot of valuable information, about understanding and conmmunitcations with others, and also about myself.
