This course has made excel much more interesting to me and more confident in using it.

Very well paced course with a trainer that explained thing carefully and clearly. Great supporting manual that I feel will be useful to refer to.

I felt the pacing with regard to IF, AND and OR functions could have been a bit slower as it was probably the most complex part of the course.

Great course. Wonderful instructor. Involved all of us in interesting conversations that were relevant and very helpful.

Very good, Kevin was really helpful and didn't make me feel embarrassed when I did something wrong. He was very patient. The staff I met throughout the venue were all very friendly and the venue itself was excellent.

I thought Kevin was an excellent instructor. He was friendly, accessible and explained things clearly. If I had a gripe it was that we had quite a large amount of info to cover in the afternoon which left me feeling a bit saturated towards the end

Learned so much more than I anticipated, and have a lot more confidence with mail merges and using the tools Word has. Ebe was really encouraged us to figure things out for ourselves which made me more confident using Word.
