Really useful/ helpful training course

Great course I've learnt a lot about the Powerpoint and linking video to improve usability

I found the course and the instructor to be very helpful. It was really good to consolidate learning through exercises and it progressed at a good pace.

Thank you so much! Completely brilliant and really, really helpful. So accessible in that you are not required to bring anything, everything is provided and the atmosphere is productive and friendly. Excellent 2 days!! Benet was amazing. Engaging, encouraging, thoughtful. Good examples. I expect to be able to use course in my job. Excellent lunch, not a dodgy sandwich in sight!

I feel a lot more confident to go back with the things I've learnt and do a better job of managing. Happy has a lovely environment and Benet was great.

Really enjoyable course that I think I will take away some important learnings from. The booklet seems a little long when not using the whole thing however.
