I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I was expecting the usual booklet and some practical exercises but by focusing on the practical exercises first, it is much more effective. I learned from other participants styles, tips and feedback. The facilitator was extremely welcoming, reassuring and positive, encouraging everyone to give it a go and increasing our confidence. I have completely changed the way I present, focusing on the key message and taking into account the audience. I need to work on my delivery and voice so that they better match the message I'm trying to convey. Thank you!
