It was a very interesting and engaging session. The time went by very quickly and we delved into our habits and how we can be better and more productive. The booklet and structure was also very good.

Interesting session and great facilitator who was very responsive to our questions and what we wanted to cover. He created a welcoming environment and gave us lots of useful tools and techniques to use in our professional and personal lives.

I really enjoyed today and learned a techniques to cope with stress. These were little thing or things I already know but The break down from today’s session will hopefully support me with coping with stress by looking at it through a different perspective.

Really enjoyed the course, only thing I would add is that it would be better at a faster pace but it depends on the group.

Very good, I feel like I have a much better understanding of using power point now. I will be able to use all that I have learnt to create great presentations more easily without getting frustrated!

Everything was perfect. A hot lunch would have been better, but it was still very good.
