Really enjoyed the course, really enjoy the self reflection and awareness. Cathy is engaging and fantastic at involving everyone in the group. Definitely still a bit hungry after lunch though!

The learning environment was great. Cathy was approachable and friendly. Her delivery was great, she was very clear, lots of useful examples. The pace of the session was great, plenty of movement and variety.
