Kay thank you for challenging me, I really felt the course content and delivery was at the right pace and you could really see how passionate you are about your work and the compassion you have for everyone especially when you tapped into some tough feelings within me, but I thank you for that because it's really made me think about how I need to look at situations differently in many areas of my life not just the work setting.

Great interactive relevant course

Really enjoyed today! All content was made to be relevant to my role. I know have a total understanding of Excel and feel that i can put it into practice immediately for my day to day tasks. Totally invaluable! Facilitator was fantastic too!

Feel like i took in a lot of useful information today relevant to my role. pace and content were perfect and Rudy made the course relevant as we went along as there were different levels in the room, but everybody stayed at same pace.

Rudy was very helpful, patient and clear in his explanations of Excel. I felt the day wasn't rushed and it went at a pace everyone in the room could go along with and enjoy whilst learning.
