Good and knowledgeable facilitator, included all participants well and great tip to make notes of useful points throughout the session, rather than just at end.

Mr Gapper was brilliant.

It was an interesting and well presented course and has given me some new ideas to explore.

Sometimes I have found the overall logic of course structure hard to follow BUT I have loved every bit we have covered. I also find the stories and visual examples (eg giving back the monkey) really helpful.

The training was incredibly helpful and not once did I feel under pressure or like it was too confusing. Sereena the trainer was fantastic and made it a pressure free zone, was incredibly clear in instructions and tried to make it as relevant to our own work as possible.
