Excellent course, very useful and worked really well. Really accessible and the trainer made a great deal of effort to ensure anyone who had any difficulties was given help.

Jo was great as a facilitator and managed to keep us all engaged during the sessions, which was tough as most were scheduled for end of day on a Friday! We were able to use a mix of theoretical approaches and apply it to real life issues members of the group were facing. It was also useful to meet other managers who you wouldn't normally meet
