Kevin was great - He's a genius and went a tad quick, or maybe I was just slow!

through no fault of the trainer or the course, I was experiencing internet issues which was not allowing me to follow at the pace of colleagues

A well run and presented course that kept all candidates interested and involved.

The course was really helpful. Some useful, practical solutions to some of the challenges - time, space and cultural around remote working. Although much of the active listening part wasn't new to me, there were some useful additions such as the 3 whats, accessibility on technologies and the types of technology available.

Ben was an excellent trainer - all the information provided today was broken down into manageable sections. There was a variety of opportunities for the trainees to interact as a large group or in small breakout rooms. Ben also allowed the group to reflect and share their thoughts on topics raised. Using real examples through the coaching was also helpful as it means that things can be put into practice when returning to work
