Should be mandatory course for all before they apply for any management post in the NHS. Instead of over a year may be better to have it monthly and 1 consolidation day.

Very enjoyable. Disappointed 3 of 4 of the half day sessions didn’t happen and I couldn’t attend the only one that did. Feel I missed a valuable component of the course. Other than that I have learned and more importantly understood a lot more about myself and how others tick

Service from admin team was exceptional, thanks to a lovely lady with ginger hair I can't remember the name of! She brought me a fresh coffee into my training and found me migraine tablets, going above and beyond to make me feel accommodated. The trainer Diana was lovely and paced the session well, although I do wonder if we missed some content - maybe due to the fact the course was full? Felt a lot more confident about Excel afterwards and would like to return for further courses. Handbook was really helpful and never felt I was bringing the group down when I was slower than everyone else.
