It was useful, explained areas in Teams that I use but not to the full potential

it was a good course well structured and at a good pace

Paul was fantastic, he made me understand excel in a way I havent been able to before. I was dreading it and he made it easy and I dare say it FUN! I feel so much more confident with excel now and actually looking forward to putting my new skills to use.

Management to get knowledge on how i could do things quicker, The use of Switch was very good as i struggle with V look up.

Nicky was wonderful, her manner and ability to engage everyone is second to none, I don't think I have ever had a trainer like her who gets so much out of everyone especially virtually.

The course was very valuable and informative. The facilitator was confident, and spent time explaining the system and answering questions, and continuously asked if the trainees wanted to ask anything or to explain anything.

Really enjoyed and the trainer et a good learning environment

I was very informative. Virtual learning is very different, I guess it will take time to get used to. Face to face allows mini exercises during training. I personally learn effectively by doing and following the tutor's actions whilst in class. I will spend some time this afternoon going through the material again and exercise. The facilitator was very engaging which is really helpful.
