Really great start to the training and it was very active for the brain. I found that Cathy involved everyone and made it a comfortable space for us to be in. I look forward to see what the next sessions will include and how I can use this within my role.

I really valued the session, particularly when Cathy made it clear that everyone is welcome to participate but that if someone didn't feel as though they wanted to speak to a large group, then that was ok too. I sometimes find it difficult to speak to a larger group so I felt really relieved knowing that I could take things at my own pace, and it actually gave me the confidence to use my voice.
