Really good course, Nicky is a great facilitator. Loved the way we got to meet most people on a more personal basis in the mixing up of the break outs. Right amount of content so I was not overwhelmed.

Session was well run, a good balance between interactivity, breaks etc. Being in break out space with different people each time was good and helped with group familiarity and cohesion. Also we can put names to faces as so many people in our organisation who don't know each other.

I found the session fast paced and filled with how we can interact with others. I feel for some of the other attendees though that the session was a bit too fast for them.
