Had issues with sound but feel after getting the info all will be well

I really like the thoughts around divergent thinking.

I would have like to be able to participate in the training sessions and it difficult following some of the sessions due to loss of sound.

Nothing is too much, happy to go over a problem if you are not understanding.

Addressed our requirement for a course that would help the team to reflect on project management processes (what we do well and what we could improve on) and give us lots to think about and take away, without being too prescriptive or aligned to one methodology.

Just wish we had had the training about a month earlier as it made everything so much clearer in terms of how we need to structure things to deliver an engaging session for external guest members

An amazing session, well taught, patient with beginners, great to do the consolidation of 15mins of the skills learnt. I am profoundly dyslexic, and just knowing these essential skills will save me time and a lot of stress!

The trainer was very supportive and provided clear instructions. She was happy to go back over any points if people were struggling, and made sure that everyone had understood the function before moving on.

Sal was amazing - kept us so engaged and was so patient and took us through things so well, it didn't feel at all rushed but we got through an enormous amount in 3 hours. It was super interactive and fun even, and Excel functions that I've been scared by for years and years now seem very accessible and easy. Really helpful to know more about quick easy hacks, and also the more 'complex' (by my former standards) formulae and pivot tables etc. She went into her lunch break working through something with me that I need for my job, and was so willing to go above and beyond. Would recommend so much!

because the trainer included everyone and made it fully interactive the course was not boring.
