Fantastic facilitator, really thought provoking exercises. Not afraid to step outside of the manual to meet our training goals. Genuinely felt I learned a lot that's fundamentally changed my approach to management. :)

Very informative and learnt quicker ways to get things done on Excel

This was my 4th training course at Happy and I really enjoyed the whole day. Everyone at the group interacted and this put everyone at ease. The facilitator (Jo) was excellent and made the training day fun - I learnt loads.

Really good! Really helpful and everything was really well explained. Lots of extra examples so wasn't waiting around whilst people were still doing exercises.

The staff and experience at happy was lovely, I have learnt a lot and the trainer Sal was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I feel I have learnt a lot about excel and will consider doing further training with Sal and at happy.

I am really happy with the teacher. She really take her time and was very understanding. Understanding all the components of the course was easy and fun. Don't know what else to say at the moment apart from THNAK YOU SO MUCH SAL!!

Sal was really friendly and helpful and made sure she covered everyone's requests. Venue was easy to find and the food delicious!
