I really enjoyed this course and found it engaging and full of very useful tools that I am likely to remember and start using immediately. Paul is a fantastic facilitator! The class always runs on time, the breaks were perfectly timed and the content and delivery were very clear and informative. I will pass on and practice these new skills with my close friend whom I think would also benefit from them. Thanks so much!
